Is anybody else having snags with Avsim ??

Have managed to log in but page took about 5 mins to load up. then first D/L attempt
bombed. All other sites I use seem to be fine !!

Here too, just getting the log-in page took 5 min. Haven't been able to get in.

Just tried again and all seems to be working again.

Looks like someone hit the reset button

Has anyone encountered problems with AVSIM not working after tabbing through a couple of pages?

Might be one of the reasons why my uploads are downloaded less than half of that on Flightsim???

I tabbed through a weeks worth Last nite after getting back from a few days with
Friends. It all seemed fine to me !!

Impossible to go on AVSIM today. Somebody have this problem ??

Yes, no luck at all today. Seems to be happening there more often; demand outstripping capacity?

Folks,
We have had a hard drive fail. It happens that it is the principle (boot / system drive) for
the forums. We are offline until we can get new hardware and get someone in there to fix it.
It could be a while. This is not your normal hard drive. It is a RAID array and will require
that we replace ALL six disks on that array. Please pass the word out to all the web sites
you visit please. I will post a notice on FACEBOOK.

You can still use the file library as its on another server.

Gets you to the File Library straight away. Seems to be working OK.
