Military AI Works

What would be the reasons an AI plane will not do a touch n go at an airfield. I watched the plane make it's approach only to do a flyby. It will not do the touch n Go.

I'm at a loss ........

Are they shooting IFR missed approaches? Check to see if they are marked IFR in the flightplan. If so, switch them to VFR and they'll do touches.
