Error Code 76 AIAE

Post by dk1213 »

I am grounded for 2 weeks until my X-52 pro gets sent back from repair, but while organizing my ai I get an "error code 76 - path not found" when I try to open Martin's AI Aircraft Editor.

Mind you nothing has changed, just started up my machine and went to add some ai and this popped up. AIAE is completely unresponsive, I am assuming a windows update, or one of the many supernatural forces that hates me and destroyed my controller and causes me blurries and random crashes has now decided to curse martin's program just to piss me off.

Either way I need to get this fixed if someone knows how. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it makes no difference. One of these days FSX will run like glass and the heavens will part for me. Just not today. But someday.

Thanks guys.

Hi Dan,

I have replied to your PM (you should see - at least - "2 new messages" on the upper left screen :smt002 ) and also send you an executable to your email..
Cheers,
Martin

Dan,

Just to confirm - you replaced the executable and the error was gone? Thanks for the feedback.
Cheers,
Martin

Yup all good. I replaced it in its folder and it works fine now, thank god for me. Hopefully nobody else goes through that so you aren't sending a bunch of .exe files to people. Thanks again! :D :smt006

Surely not, Dan

That is where the update mechanism comes in handy. The change will be in the next release, plus two other fixes and the new prop_anim feature. AIAE will tell you when it is available (if you not have turned it off, that is)
Cheers,
Martin
