A. Laughmiller has several really nice FSX mil sceneries that have MAIW packages in mind. I generally use his vice the older AF2 file for better compatibility in FSX. Nothing custom, mostly stock objects but look the part and good enough for AI.

Located near Abilene, Texas, Dyess AFB is home to the US Air Force's 7th Bomb Wing (B-1B) and 317th Airlift Group (C-130). This is a complete airport rebuild with new scale runways, ramps, and taxiways. It includes accurate B-1B and C-130 ramps, detailed maintenance facilities, access roads, fire station, POL facilities, ICAO signage, enhanced approach scenery, and parking (including hangar parking) for over 150 aircraft.

I downloaded it as well, but have not gotten around to testing it. How does it look?

Looks good, again he uses stock objects for the most part and sometimes static aircraft. Not a fan of those, but he makes sure not take up a AI parking spot with them. I thought about emailing him to see if he ever thought of using better looking custom hangars found in other MAIW scenery packages, just to give it more of a military look in game.

All Bones and "Jays" parked correctly, plenty of transit space.

Wow, I think you should email him Chris. And send a long a link to this thread and others, where he can see that others are really appreciative of his work.

Did you see that he just did a version 2 of KBAD?

Saw it on Avsim, looks like he just released it today or yesterday.
