Just wondering if any repaints exist of the SBAI Su-27 painted as a PLAAF J-11. I have checked both Avsim and flightsim with no luck. I am trying to add some PLAAF traffic to my virtual skies. Thanks!

I hope so, some J-11/J-15/J-16 repaints in PLAAF colors and Chineese Navy. (If some of good repainters (F4nutter ??) can make these repaints it'll be very good.

Perhaps because there is not good sceneries of Chineese airbases.

If you made them (J-11, Su-30MKK, J-15 and J-16 for Air Force and Navy), I hope you'ill share them.

So, it's unclear and difficult to find the right serial. Using the right number of caracter, you can put some fictional serial.





Total 276 Su-27SK, Su-27UBK, J-11, JJ-11

Contract for first 20 x Su-27SK and 4 x Su-27UBK was signed in 1991. Aircrafts were delivered 1991-1992 to Wu-hu air base, later transfered to Lyancheng. Numbers are from 13041 to 13244 (numbers 01-24 was separated and inserted into 134). Two additional aircrafts (Su-27UBK: 13245, 13246) were used to training ground personnel. Two Su-27SK were destroyed in 1997, 6 were heavily damaged in 1998 by hurricane.
In 1996 second regiment was equipped with 18 x Su-27SK and 6 x Su-27UBK, numbered from 13247 to 13542. Air regiment in Siuxi.
Licensed versions of Su-27SK and Su-27UBK were initially assembled from Russian kits, then produced in Shenyang facilities. Named J-11 (J for Jianji-Ji = fighter aircraft or simply Jian = fighter) and JJ-11 for Su-27SK and Su-27UBK respectively. Production of 200 fighter since 1999, engines AL-31F are Russian.
Last delivered from Russia were 28 x Su-27UBK in 2000 to accelerate training.



76 x Su-30MKK

December 2000: first ten Su-30MKK were delivered to Wu-hu air base. Avionics, all of Russian origin (unlike Indian Su-30MKI), are from Ramyenskoye RPKB



24 x Su-30MK2

January 2003 was signed contract for 24 x Su-30MK2 (sometimes called Su-30MKK2), upgraded version of Su-30MKK (weapons and equipment systems configuration) with antiship weapons. First six aircrafts were delivered between February and June 2004, one was destroyed in March 2004. They carry antiship missiles Kh-29MA and are in PLANAF inventory, Changsha air base. Contract was fully realised. Contract for next batch was canceled in 2006 (and aircrafts were quickly sold do Venezuela).



24 x Su-30MK3

Proposed to China improved variant of Su-30MK2 (sometimes called Su-30MKK3), developed since 2004, ordered (?) in 2006, canceled in 2007. As prototype served rebuilded aircraft no 504.



Serial J-11B and prototype J-11BS

SAC Shenyang J-11B it's a 90% chinese version of Su-27SK. Three prototypes were build between 2006 and May 2008. Numbers are: 523, 524 525. Chinese engines WS-10A Tai Hang, Chinese rockets PL (for PiLi = thunder). Russia accused China that produced since 2008 J-11B is illegal copy of Su-27SK. Prototype of two-seater J-11BS is developed since May 2008, based on avionics of Su-30MKK (but airframe of Su-27UBK!), also with WS-10 engines.



J-15 Flying Shark - aircraft for Liaoning aircraft carrier

Prototype of J-15 is flying since the year 2010. It's a Chinese version of Su-27K, developed on base of one of prototypes of the Su-27K, bought in Ukraine in 2003 (T10K-3 or T10K-7).
One of the prototypes were painted in grey (no bort number) in Spring of the year 2010 (on photos from 2012 with red number 554 and shark painted on fuselage and on vertical fin, but it may be a fake photos).
Two prototypes (unpainted, red numbers 552 and 553) in the end of the year 2012 landing on deck of the Liaoning aircraft carrier.
Prototypes: 551, 552, 553, 554, 556 (WS-10 engines).
Serial production (known numbers, Oct 2014): 102, 103, ..., 107, 108.



Prototype J-15S - two-seat aircraft for Liaoning aircraft carrier

Prototype of J-15S is flying since the year 2012. Its airframe is a hybrid of Su-30MK2 with canard wings and landing gear of the J-15.

i will go with google images they seem to show the latest schemes, thank you for looking though

had some time to work on these, take no notice of the serial its for test only
