Great pics, swap out those Rhinos for a pair of VF-32 F-14's.

The VF-74 Phantoms were from an actual photo taken sometime before the first shoot-down incident.....

VF-74 off of the Forrestal in 1981, pre-shootdown incident......

Sending up the Flogger-E against either the F-4S or the F-14 was a truly daft idea.

I have some more pics of Egypt and Libyan Air Force, but my web provider has downed the server as it seems. The first time ever that I remember The Owl's Nest is offline

Mike, I was looking for the Jan 89 incident with VF-32 F-14's vs. LAF Mig-23's, the 81' VF-41 was against the Su-22's.
