According to German media, the Learjet belonged to GFD Gesellschaft für Flugzieldarstellung (lit. Company for Aerial Targets), a subsidary of Airbus Defense (or wth they're called these days), who provides Learjets for interception exercises. The Eurofighters were from Taktisches Luftwaffengeschwader 31 (renamed from Jagdbombergeschwader 31 last year), usually based at Wittmundhafen AB, but relocated to Nörvenich AB due to runway resurfarcing taking placed at Wittmund.
