Hellenic Air Force Canadair CL415 113CW 383AFFS PROTEUS [WIP]









Hellenic Air Force has 2 SQN with Bombardier Canadair aircraft,
The 1st is the 112 Combat Wing - 355 Tactical Transport SQN based at LGEL ELEFSIS AB operating the CL-215 A/C
and the 2nd is the 113 Combat Wing 383 Special Operations & Air Fire Fighting Squadron based at LGTS THESSALONIKI-MAKEDONIA Int. Airp. operating the CL-415 A/C.

Aircraft from the 113CW are re-positioned every summer at other Greek air force bases to fight against fire and perform SOP when and whenever it's needed!

off the hard work is done, final checks/corrections and an overall repaint overview and we are ready I think,



and specific visual differences for every registration at the end because there are some!


I have also the source file for the "CL-415MP" A/C type(the one with radar nose) but I will have to ask for permission at first!

I have some fantastic news and I am very proud for the fantastic Flight Simulation Community Members Around The World

I have just received a reply from the AI model author, I have the authorization to upload a whole package at AVSIM library.
The package will include the AI model with and without "nose radar" and a very good paintkit.

Tim just give me some days to finish my work and check if everything is ok, I will post a topic with details from all off it.

No this package has nothing to do with the ELEFSIS package, the "113CW 383AFFS PROTEUS" squadron is based at LGTS, quote from my 1st post,

The paintikit has no shadowing or dirt textures with it and personally I have never try to do like those textures.
If someone can and he's willing to make them available, after the paintkit release he can submit a "paintkit update".

Ah yes, ok mate

One livery less

on 5th May the CL-415GR S/N2050 had an accident during a training flight at Thermaikos bay and I have the confirmation that it cannot be recovered to a flight condition!
The aircraft has dive to 5 meters deep and has been recovered with cranes but the damages are not to be fixed!
The available liveries will be only 7!

Hi all

At first I want ot thank the guys are helping out with the FS2004 beta testing but I have some sad news.

I am having big problems with my pc since yesterday, GPU relate and maybe my GPU will be dead soon!

The package release will delay for another time!

Till I found what's going on I cannot give a release day for it.
