I have a flightplan which lists many RAF Herks as MAIW-HTAI C130C1 etc. Any idea where all these herks/liveries are available. I'm sure at one stage there was a MAIW RAF C130 package

Look for htai_hercules_c3_raf.zip and htai_hercules_c3_raf_update.zip on avsim.
