I am working on an Indian Navy package right now. All the repaints are done (including 16 MiG-29A and 4 MiG-29UB using SBAI v2 model, JYAI Sea Harrier standard and VTOL, and FAIB 737-800 as P-8I) to complement Mike Pearson's Tu-142s. I also have very basic flightplans. The only thing I'm missing is scenery for INS Hansa (VAGO) and INS Rajali (VOAR) to support them all. I have a basic version of INS Rajali ready for FSX (that may be able to be converted to FS9), but my version of INS Hansa has issues, as ADE's flatten polys are overwriting the nearby shoreline.

That look great.
Jcapde also share a repaint of an AI version of Il-38. Indian navy also use this model. You can add this at your project.
You can find the model here :

I posted the repaints to Avsim. The only difference between the FS9 and FSX versions is that the FS9 version uses bmp textures for the FAIB 737 and FSX uses dds. No scenery included.

I notice a little error in your pack Indian Navy.
Indian Navy use the same shape for both single seat and dual seats aircrafts.
The single seat has avionics or other in place of the back seat. But exterioly, the both aircrafts are the same.
Juste have a look at these pictures to compare :
Single seat :

Dual seats :

Hello
I've updated your texture for the SBAI MiG-29 K(UB) version.

And I have a little problem with your P-8I Poseidon.

The P8 repaints are messed up because they're still FSX sized (2048x2048, FS9 only supports 1024x1024) and because they've retained the FSX alpha file (which IIRC works exactly opposite to how the FS9 alpha file work). There's a tool that eases the conversion from FSX to FS9 here:
http://kaese2002.blogspot.de/p/blog-page.html - make sure you download the FS9 alpha files from the same page as well.
And FWIW I did a basic scenery for INS Rajali for FS9, it's in my Indian Tu-142 pack.

Thanks for this info. But I've already done that. By curiosity, I've opened the textures with DXTBmp. I converted them in 24 bit Bmp, and after in Extended DXT Bmp. Now, all is Ok.

By saving the texture as a 24 bit bmp, you removed the FSX lightmap from the texture and replaced the Alpha channel with a white texture.
Your aircraft will now show all the domes. The FAIB alpha channel has black rectangles at the bottom to hide the selected domes that you do not want to see.
Opening the FAIB models in AI-Aircraft-Editor you will also see the blisters because it sees the model in its entirety.
At RKE. Thanks. This will save me a lot of time.

A word of caution
The application downloaded from Kaese2002 will convert FSX textures to FS9
This includes flipping the texture vertically.
The textures for the Poseidon included in the FS9 package have already been flipped. So by using this application you will be flipping the textures again. The alpha channel will also be applied incorrectly.
Solution: Download the FSX Package and convert those textures.
I have been using a laborious process up till now of opening the FSX texture with DXT1bmp. Flipping the texture vertically. Next, import the alpha channel. Save as Targa with alpha.
Open the Targa with Imagetool. Create bitmaps . Extract bitmaps. Close and save the 1024x1024 texture. Close Imagetool. Do not save the other textures. Rename the 1024 texture correctly and use it.

Dan
Thank you for this package.
It seems the FAIB texture conversions "retro" have caught a great many people. Your textures are not the first and will not be the last to fall foul. Hence the tool at Kaese2002.

FS9 Mig 808 texture is in DXT5 Format.
Open it with imagetool. Change format to 32bit. Save it. Change format to DXT3 save it again. Now textures will load.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the errors. I completely forgot about the inverted alpha colors between FSX and FS9. On the DXT5, I must have selected the wrong file type. I'll fix the errors and upload new packages. Thanks for the IL-38 model. I did up some quick repaints for the 5 IL-38s still active. I'll include those in the packages as well. Do I have permission to include the model in the packages?

Great. This model is on this forum, in other retro topic. So I suppose yes you can.
