Al Safran Air Base coordinates?

Does anyone know what the coordinates are for Al Safran Air Base (OMSM) in United Arab Emirates? I am changing up some plans and I want to send some F-16's there.

So how would the coordinates be for the FS9 airport txt file? Would it be like this? N23°39.00" E53°49.25"

Add ,376 on the end and it should work. They don't have to be ultra precise.
