Military AI Works

Can't seem to find these on either AVSIM or Flightsim. Have they even been made? I want this particular ARW flight plan as they operate at PHX, my favorite airport. Anybody know where I can find the 161st ARW flight plans at?

I've always had the Phoenix KC-135s but could never remember where I got them. I think this package still has the old PAI models.
