How to convert FSX flightplans to FS9?

I have a couple of military flightplans that were made for FSX. I would like to know how do I convert them to use in FS9? Thanks

Open them with AI planner, and then, savec them in FS9 format with this same AI Planner

AI Flight Planner (AIFP), not AI Planner, sorry for this mistake. But the way is the same. Open FSX FP, and then, save them in FS9 FP.
