EditVoicePack XL

I am considering "upgrading" my freeware version of EditVoicePack X to the payware EditVoicePack XL, and I was wondering if the various military call signs that are included in the MAIW packages can be installed into this when using P3D v3.3.5. Does anyone know if this is the case, or if those call signs are already included in the new version?
