Military AI Works

I hope I'm in the right forum... I want to install a package for Retro BAF Alpha Jets and the ReadMe file precises that maiw_fence_objects_library.bgl is needed. Unfortunately, I can't find it...
Can someone help me ?

There are several packages that use them but one is the Greek Army Helos.
