Hi, I wounder if some kind person could help me, I am trying to install a scenery and it has asked me for my e-mail address, I have tried putting my e-mail address in but it will not let me put the @ sign in, I press the ( up arrow key then the @ key ) but all I get is
' sign. I never used to get this trouble until I had a new hard drive installed.
Sorry I don't know the technical names for the keys, I am retired aircraft engineer in my 70's and I find computers hard work.

Hi Phil

It sounds like you have the wrong language selected for your keyboard. Easy to change. Down on the bottom right hand side of the screen, near the time and date, is the language. It should show EN. If it shows US, or anything else, click on it and change the language to EN (English United Kingdom).

If that doesn't fix it, I'm sure some one that knows more about computers than me will be along to help.
