Help needed with a bmp

Gents,
If there is somebody out there that can use a paint program I would like somebody to create something for me.
An experienced painter could likely do it very quickly, but an inexperienced one could probably do it very quickly.
It is one texture of very simple design that I hope will enhance several models for the fraternity.
Why do I need help with a simple task? Simply put painting is beyond me and I do not have a paint package, mainly due to the fact that I can paint.
I should re-iterate that this is not a project that is going to lead to massive amounts of schemes created by you. It is not a complicated scheme that will frustrate the hell out of you. It is a simple one bmp thing that if I knew how to do it I would.
The chances are that many will guess by my description as to what it might be, and yes it is that simple. So anybody interested please pm me and I will give you the info.
