How to be a member to your website?

Sir, i made my membership on the forums but i am not able to proceed to web membership. Can you help me please?
The accounts are the same. A forum account should enable you to download from the download hangar, for example.
Check if you see "Account" as the last menu item at the top instead of "Log in". If that's the case, you're logged into the entire site.
