MWAI makes commercial/airline AI traffic disappear

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I installed the Alaska and Islands ANG MWAI package and it works great in FSX, however all of the preexisting PHNL airline traffic is now gone. Same thing happened at KRDU for the 1-130th_avn package. Deleting the associated PHNL/KRDU ADE bgls just moves the MWAI traffic over to the commercial gates. Any way to get the two to coexist?

Well the simple cause of the disappearance of the FSX traffic is that the traffic files have not been converted to FSX standard. Can you confirm that you have converted the MAIW traffic files?

Yep that was it. Converted everything to FSX and all is well. Thanks
