Elevation Issues Around Nellis

Tonight while flying around Nellis, I noticed the airfield signs were submerged about halfway into the ground and RN01 was a giant cube going up to the runway. I just updated to 4.4 from 4.3 and wondered if anyone else had these issue popup.
