This package has been updated to V.2.0, adding the option to use PBR models. Please read the documentation.

The PBR-Texture "sbai_an140_m.dds" seems to be missing in this nice package.

Unfortunately no. I´ve just checked it again.

You are right. Mysterious... all is correct here on my computer, but the download does not contain the file. I have re-uploaded it just now. Get a new copy and all is good. That nobody noticed this before.....
