BAK 12/14 Airfield Sign

Does anyone know if there is a BAK airfield sign in a library? They are a black sign with a three meter diameter yellow circle on an FAA size four sign. These are inline with distance remaining signs along the runway at the location of the BAK unit. See page three of AC150/5220A. www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Advis ... 220_9a.pdf
