Pause

my flight sim (P3Dv4) used to run for days, but now after a short time it will pause as if I pressed the "P" key ?
does anyone know why or how to turn this off !

Is it set to pause on task switch?

where do I find that ?
EDIT: found it and it was checked thank you for your help I hope this stops the sim pausing when left to run on its own.
