Military AI Works

I have just downloaded the new scenery from Blaunarwal in the downloads hanger which says FSX/P3Dv4 but tested in P3D5.
has anyone got this scenery to work in P3Dv4 ? I cant get it to work and cant open the BGL in ADEP3 ?

I also tried to install this scenery in my P3Dv4 but failed also. I believe that it was created using the P3DV5 SDK and it would appear that it is not backwardly compatible with any earlier versions of P3D.
