Nellis with Statics and AI

The scenery is from Alphasim and my mod Afcad. Shots show both statics and AI Traffic from various other flightplans including MAIW

Just a WAG but I think they sometimes flew in Red Flag. There are F-111s too but those are long gone.wilycoyote4 wrote:very interesting, B-52s, too
While the USAF ones are gone, Australia has sent 111s in the past. They must be those, right?GZR_Sactargets wrote:Just a WAG but I think they sometimes flew in Red Flag. There are F-111s too but those are long gone.wilycoyote4 wrote:very interesting, B-52s, too
i think it is the alphasim ai b-52, at least thats what i'm using.VulcanDriver wrote:Which model are you using for the AI B-52? I'm trying to populate Barksdale and Minot but the B-52 I use is really killing the FPS.

That's what I use also.djnocturnal wrote:i think it is the alphasim ai b-52, at least thats what i'm using.VulcanDriver wrote:Which model are you using for the AI B-52? I'm trying to populate Barksdale and Minot but the B-52 I use is really killing the FPS.

I think they are statics included with the Alphasim scenery. The Alphasim F-111 set is good for a flyer. I think there was a whole set of Aussie repaints for those also. Mike Stone also did one, I think Garry Smith did Australian repaints for that one.SMOC wrote:While the USAF ones are gone, Australia has sent 111s in the past. True... but from a distance you can't even see it I bet.Dark Morelia wrote:Aussie ones don't have NA on their tails though![]()

Yeah, Creech was just renamed(after General Creech) in the 2005. Not sure how excited he would be to be associated with UAV or UAS but nonetheless. As far as I know only the Reaper and Predator are stationed there.GZR wrote:Creech Aux AFB (near Near Nellis) Well, the name was new to me, but a bit of research brought me up to date. It is a renaming of the Indian Springs Aux AFB. From what I could find, there is a major Drone operation out of there. It is still called Indian Springs (KINS) in the Sim. The layout is fairly accurate but the scenery is sparse. I did an AFCAD to use the MAIW Drones from the Beale Package but I am struggling with getting a flight plan to work
Is that part of their B-52 package or another package? I can't see an AI BUFF listed on their site.djnocturnal wrote:i think it is the alphasim ai b-52, at least thats what i'm using.VulcanDriver wrote:Which model are you using for the AI B-52? IIRC it is included in the Buff Packages for the G & H models. However, I went back and checked the Readme and couldn't find any reference to AI.VulcanDriver wrote:Is that part of their B-52 package or another package? The AI is a separate download when you buy the flyable BUFF. I now have the BUFFs.GZR_Sactargets wrote:IIRC it is included in the Buff Packages for the G & H models. It must be so--I have listings for AI Alphasim B-52G and AI Alphasim B-52H in my Aircraft Folder. Try checking their news forum a long way back or drop a line to Phil- he usually responds fairly quickly.
