Eastern Europe tour

For this years little trip I went NATO days at Leoš Janáček Airport Ostrava, the flying display line up was as good as anywhere in Europe but for photography it's nothing short of a nightmare. You name an issue & Ostrava has it, backlighting, heat haze added to the fact the main flying display line is a very long way away. I needed ever mm of my 600mm lens that's for sure. Because of this most of the images you'll see were taken on the departures day after the show.
We also did a days spotting at Pardubice as well, which was rather moist to say the least, & a couple of museums as well.
