There could be lots of reasons for that but without knowing which aircraft are affected and which not and whether the afcad is a home produced or downloaded it is very difficult to give guidance. Are the aircraft genuine AI or converted user types?

From what i have seen with Henry Tomkiewicz F-16C and D..

Then that would suggest an afcad fault.

Exactly where do the aircraft stop?
Is it your own afcad?

First the Afcad i use is EKSP from this link.
http://library.avsim.net/search.php?Sea ... CatID=root
i have modifired the Afcad because the Parking didnt work as it should.
It does now..
Its not all of the F-16's that dont take off its about every 6-7.
the Ai aircraft just taxi on to the runway, not sure how far its goes in on the runway tho.. but its close to the end.. then it gets the clearens for takeoff, and it starts its Afterburner, but the AI aircraft just stand there without going anywhere..
Oh problem is on Runway L29

The afterburner effect is timed from the takeoff 1 instruction which gives access to the runway so that has nothing to do with this. The fact that only few aircraft fail to move suggests something wrong with the afcad at the runway end, possibly hold short limits are questionable. Does the afcad fault finder give anything?
The afcad you indicated shows all parking spots disconnected from the taxiway system, which presumably is what you fixed, however one of the hold short limits is close to the maximum and if you have moved that further from the runway while modifying that would cause your problem. It is the hold short giving acces to 29L from the southern entry.
Clearly this afcad had not been tested before uploading!

NO, you move it towards the runway. It needs to be closer to the runway than it now is!
