Military AI Works

Does anyone know of a utility that will check for duplicate AFD files in FSX. I have accidentally dumped all my AF2, ADE and AFX files into the one scenery folder and now I can't find the duplicates (there are over two thousand of them!). There is a prog called ScanAFD which did this job in FS9 but I can't find one for FSX. I've even emailed the writer of ScanAFD to see if he is going to do a version for FSX but the email bounced back to me.

Can anyone help?
