Yea, definetly a huge security risk I always thought. If you go on an AF flightline they tell you you can take pictures of single aircraft, just not the entire flight line itself, so why would Google be any different taking pictures of the entire base from above?

All well, better get those AFCADS done soon!!

every base i've been at NO pictures were or cameras were allowed on or near the flightline without written permission and & an escort.
especially here at holloman before the f-117 retirement but even after retirement they were still picky about pictures taken of the rear.
i enjoy reading the security forces blog and laughing at all the people getting there cameras taken.

The only time I was ever on a flightline we did have an escort so, plus it was ANG units. The 107thARW, 174thFW, and 109thAW

At the aeroclub here we have to call to "break red" (red line marking flight line)or else! The SP's are pretty anal here.
