I am looking up a US Air Force DC9 (71-0876) on scramble and it has for status STD. What does that mean?

I was looking to see where this plane is based. I have it flying out of Ramstein in my FS9, but on scramble it shows it's now based at Andrews.

10876 is stored at Andrews AFB, pending replacment with C-40B's (Or are they D's?!)
