Just reinstalled Instant Scenery and am trying again to learn it. Better progress this time - better computer and Internet connection helps.

Tools used - AFX, FSEarth(realtime Google interface), Instant Scenery

Libraries - God knows... whatever is on my computer. RWY-12, Acceleration, some MAIW library stuff, some libraries from other freeware sceneries.

Started by redoing the FSX afcad completely.

My version - still needs more accurate fencing and 1/4 more parking spots as well as vehicle paths.

Overview - w/a few buildings, completely repositioned tower

Overview2 - from other side of base - looking towards engine test facilities

More - shows how 4 central buildings define4 major parking areas. Also the black tarmac between the concrete parking areas (aesthetically "important"/accurate but functionally pointless.

Like I said, work in progress.

3 more shots testing the parking

Surprisingly, even with the "really low" fps as shown on screen, this/FSX is still very flyable.

Replaced central buildings with hangars from Jim Dhaenens' KNIP scenery.

Obviously closer to the "real thing" but no permissions , so not distributable. Also, a technical error for Lemoore, and all of these buildings are now labelled as 'AIMD'. Close up, it's obvious... from normal distance, it's acceptable for me.

If only I could do GMAX. LOL!
