Military AI Works

I'm playing around with TTools and working on the 161ARW out of Phoenix Sky-Harbor, and to "complete" this work I was wondering how to create callsigns with EditVoicepack. I know how to upload callsigns (I do it all the time with the magnifcient packages from here lol) but how do i create that file to upload?

Open up EVP and rt-click on Custom Modifications/Callsigns...it will say "create new". The rest is pretty self-explanatory. Hell, I just learned how to do it myself. Easy-peasy.
