The Portuguese kinda understand why their Orions are at Patuxent River, but they don't quite get why their Orion force has been deployed en-masse to Edinburgh in Australia!

I have used the Portuguese Orions in my own traffic plans for Pax River and RAAF Base Edinburgh. Previously I have been using C-130s as the closest equivalent.
