SU-27 Fighter Crashes in Russia's far east, pilot dead

To ventury into the air in a machine designed to operate near the edge is a deliberate flirtation with the grim reaper, and one where the reaper occasionally wins. We admire men who are willing to make their living in this fashion, and are saddened when they come to a bad end because most of the time we had been wishing we were in their place, all except this time. RIP.
