If I'm not mistaken, copters will use Combat parking.

Check the aircraft cfg of the ones in question and see what it says...OR change it to whatever you want it to be.

Everything will use Combat Parking if thats all you have available.
If you want to have it park in a specific spot then you'll need to code the cfg file to match the code on the parking spot.

This is how it's done no matter what type of aircraft you have.

I usually code my copters's parking spots at least atc_parking_codes=M004 if not trying to get them to park by airline/unit. I think that was listed in a PAI "standards" document I read once.

1/ I use Tiny MIL_CARGO Ramps designed for the size of Chopper required.
2/ Parking Codes with @@@@ @@@@ (4 letters <space> 4 letters)
3/ATC_PARKING_TYPE=MIL_CARGO
ATC_PARKING_CODES=@@@@,@@@@ (4 letters <comma> 4 letters)
on the aircraft.cfg
4/ AFCAD2 or AFX parkingspecs.txt something like:
Royal Air Force, 189, 58, 3, RFR
Where:- Airline, colour, colour, colour, Code -Applies
8)
5/ Working theory THAT :- a/ Tiny mil_cargo is seldom used b/ Tiny runways will eliminate all but STOL aircraft.
6/ I then apply Prog. MyTraffic to the sorting problem and come up with Chopper Squadrons @ Home bases on the correct parking spots.
7/MyTraffic Manual explains how to create TNG flights using file "Closed.dat" e.g.
[
WAH1 2reg ,GZJ171 , 38,ONE_DAY,VFR
{
0807 ,EGDW, 20,9446,1100
1425 ,EGVP, 20,9448
}
]
Thus M$ TDB can be used and flights co-ordinated with the Rest of The World Mil and Civil.
