Graham King's Argentina Navy King Air 200 paints

Does anyone know where I can find Graham King's Argentina Navy King Air 200 paints? I went to his site (http://www.graham-king.me.uk/Henry_Tomkiewicz_C-12.htm) to download them but it seems you can't download them anymore. Does anyone know where else I can get these paints?
When I clicked on the 379b link last night (I did try all 3) it wouldn't let me download it. But I got it now.
