				Default AFCads Missing

I just reinstalled FS9 after my HD crash and now some of my default airports (afcads) are missing. Seems like all of the SE US is not there and other places as well. Does anyone have any ideas?
Do you know where to find the AF2 .bgl's on the disk?
Thanks

Default AFCADS are incorporated into the BGLs that set the tile heights. These are normally found in the folder Flight Simulator 9 /Scenery/<location>/Scenery.
Why you have lost them after a reinstall from the FS disks I have no idea.

I think they were never installed in the first place. Would the ones for the eastern US be under:FS9/scenery/Name(North America East)/scenery? And if so, how would they be named? Are they AF2....bgl? If so, I have no bgl's in that folder that start with AF2.

Thanks

				Hi Jake
No they have mix of letters and numbers e.g. AB926070.bgl
And to make it real fun some of the files do not contain any airports just scenery!

				Gary,
If you are trying to find these AFCADs with AFCAD, maybe it is that your Collect Airports needs running again. I've had that before where I've been searching through AFCAD trying to find an airbase which isnt showing up by code or on the menu. Try running CollectAirports from within AFCAD again.

Thanks Nick, I think thats whats wrong. However, I can't find "collect airports". I downloaded a fresh copy of AFCAD but its not there. Am I crazy? I remember running this in the past but I can't find it now.

collectairports is a separate exe file that comes with ttools2.02 not with afcad. Check in the ttools folder.

OK, ran Collect Airports in TTools but still didn't seem to help.

Y'all please don't waste a lot of time on this but if anyone has the answer, please let me know

Thanks,
