heli traffic x

Hi everybody,
there is e tool called heli traffc X and it´s made for fsx. It apparently enables choppers to take off and land vertically. I have not seen whether they plan to make a version for fs9 which would be great since most of the ai fans still use fs9 like me.
Any ideas whether this tool could be made to interwork with fs9 as well?
