FSX Petropavlovsk - new scenery on Flightsim

Just a heads up and a few comments about a new scenery I found on Flightsim.com today.

FSX Scenery--Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Airport, Russia. By Jacques Botha.
This is a Jim Cook-style scenery that uses numerous FSX-default, EZ-/Instant Scenery and possibly RWY-12 objects to populate the airfield and make significant improvements over the general visual impression of the MSFS default. The included AFX-based afcad is relatively accurate but, overall, incomplete as numerous concrete taxiways and parking stands away from the terminal are not included.
Here are some pictures of the scenry with a bit of commentary on my personal reaction to it.
Overview
Afcad has "common aggravation" of 1-size-fits-all taxi and apronways.

The one "serious" problem I have with the afcad is that the main parking area doesn't include sufficient parking for commercial aircraft of any significant size.
Overview-2

1-Too much open grassy area - one of my pet peeves.
2a-Oil/fuel tanks - used a FS9 technique for the ground and this looks quite fake when compared to the rest of the scenery. (I've become spoiled through my recent SBuilderX work.)
2b-Lack of HAS's - if placed elsewhere in the scenery, why not here?
3-Didn't include end of runway lighting
4-Didn't include the heliport runway - there's no separate ICAO nor is it actually considered a separate facility in the real world.
5-Actually placed a fair number of FSX-style trees by hand. Very nice touch.
Terminal

He's done something interesting here. Looks like the main terminal is made by combining 3-4 buildings (including elevating one) to create a fairly unique terminal that approximates the "real thing".
Maintenance area - Nice static and placement

Fighter parking

All statics.
Oops, why the broken airliner here? I couldn't figure that out.
Overflow area

1-Nice "big cargo" static. Good use of vehicles to create impression of activity.
2-Why would you place American helo's at this airfield?
3-These maintenance buildings are fictional in design and placement; that is, they aren't present in the satellite photos.
HAS's - Lacking "real" HASs, he used these default objects.

If you can accept his use and placement of static aircraft, this is an interesting rendition.
I'm probably going to take a few of his ideas and try to cobble them together with some ideas & objects I found in an FS9 scenery on avsim.ru.
