I'm using the VUSNs NAS Oceana Scenery and I came across this guy parked on the ramp... Never seen a Mentor painted like that anywhere else in FS or real life. Is there a real life counterpart?

Looks to me like it's a just fictional repaint based on the Blue Angels scheme.

Yep. according to the flight plan for that one it is supposed to visit:
KMMT - Mc Entire Joint National Guard Base
KVAD - Moody Air Force Base
KCHS - Charleston Air Force Base/International Airport
KNTU - Oceana Naval Air Station (Apollo Soucek Field)
KDOV - Dover Air Force Base

I just never ran into it before and was kind of taken by surprise. :D

According to Scramble.nl it belongs to the "Strike Fighter Weapons And Tactics School" on NAS Oceana, a unit that operates T-34s... but i haven't seen that scheme before

Here's an older shot from the year 2000. Not this same aircraft but a similar scheme. Can't find that serial number on ANet.

I'll let it slide..................this time. :D

Actually I'm pretty excited about the work he's doing on the lights. It really does make a huge difference for the models. I can't believe we've ignored it for so long.
