24 Hours

Not a criticism but more of an observation!
Have you thought about changing the forum times to 24Hr display, if possible, as the vast majority of people that use this site are "military minded" it should pose no problem for them.
It would get rid of the "am/pm" that would not be necessary.

lol, as long as we stick to GMT and not do that awful daylight saving time or Zulu as they like to put it....
The great thinking ones in Brussels wanted us in the UK to go on to Central European Time.... the problem with that is we are not in Central Europe but a small island seperating the North Sea from the Atlantic and not "really" in Europe.
Well that is my opinion, lol

Think thats bad.
In the Army we used Zulu, Alpha and Bravo times during the course of the year.
If I remember correctly -
Zulu - Winter
Alpha - Summer
Bravo - The short period where some of Europe had changed to Summer time, but the U.K. was still on Winter time.

I don't know about the Army, but in the RAF Zulu was GMT, Alpha was local time at originating/departure point and Bravo was local time at destination point.
Of course it could have changed in the last twenty years.

Zulu is indeed GMT, but the letters represent the difference between local time and zulu time. It's a NATO standard.
In Belgium, we are Alpha time during winter (GMT+1) and Bravo time during summer when we add DST (GMT+2). In aviation we use Zulu time as elsewhere.
