HAF Larisa AB RF-4 parking

Hi,
I am currently busy creating an afcad and scenery file for Larisa AB in Greece. I use the MAIW scenery library and objects, but my question is : does someone have an object file like this picture below ? it is a bit difficult to see but it is a sort of concreet wall arround the ( circle )parking.
Maybe someone is able to create it ? ( i don't have a better picture
)
