Military AI Works

Just downloaded this file today. Using XP with SP3, FS2004, AFX 1.06 and Ttools.
After creating parking spot and setting up flightplan, I fired up FS9. There sits the C-130. In a couple of minutes, the engines begin and the ATC
gives the normal commands for departure. That is the last I hear from the ATC. The C130 taxi's to the departure runway. I know you should hear premission to depart-but I don't. The AI gets on the runway and leaves. My Airport is VVDN (Da Nang) in Vietnam. Noticed a Voicepack.
Would installing this voicepack fix the problem?

Noticed in the Airports Visited.txt, not all airports in FS9 listed. Is this the problem? If I just type in VVDN, would that fix my problem?

Well first issue sounds like your listening to ground atc and not switching to tower atc.

This is a example of what happens when old age starts setting in!! Had it
in my mind AI conversations with tower were same as when using flyable aircraft. My mistake. Hope some may have got good laugh on me!!
