Abacus FD4/5 AI...

While waiting for a true AI model of both the C-2 and EA-6B, I started to add some of the Flight Deck 4 not really AI models to my NGU and NKT airbases. For the Prowler, I was using Rick S.'s non-AI model with all the VMAQ repaints at NKT, but now with the MAIW AV-8's all over the ramp, my framerates dropped, so I started adding the FD4 as a replacement. The model has the non military shine which I understand is in the model and I can't change. The both models have the "boat" .cfg, meaning they land and stop within 300' or so. Any way to change this setting?

The simplest answer here is its not easy.
FDEs are a balancing act, you change one thing you normally disrupt something else. Your best bet is to replace the FDE with a known working AI FDE. HOWEVER you will need to keep a few parms from the original FDE, and it will mean that you won't be able to land on a carrier.
Are you sure that you want to go down this road?

True and not being able to model, I guess I will just wait. I just wanted some traffic around NS Norfolk with the C-2's and EA-6B's at Cherry Point. The models are based off the flyable ones in the payware package. I've never seen a pic of clean (no ALQ's or drops) on a Prowler, just doesn't look right.

I hear you brother! I have a couple of Rick Salsa C-2 and E-2's flying around Norfolk just to have something there. I also have 2 H-53's 2 CH-46 from the Marine squadron and 2 H-60's all doing TNG's just to fill the skies. Sure would be nice for some Navy ai aircraft to fill the skies in Hampton Roads.
