Manas International airport (UAFM)

For those that are interested there is a pretty good scenery for Manas International airport (UAFM) on avsim.ru. Now I know this is not a military base, but a lot of military taffic from MAIW packages go there. When I was spotting there I saw a few C-130's, some KC-135's, and even 2 B-1 bombers.

Now there are some buildings in the scenery that are not done, but the buildings are not near the main apron so you don't really see them that well from the main apron.

I would go as far as saying it is a military base, and a USAF one at that! Technically its a joint civil and military airfield. Might check it out, thanks for the info..

I installed this scenery and have to say it is awesome. I have spend several months at this base and the detail is awesome. The temporary buildings are where they are supposed to be and the terminal even has the group of trees in the right place. Good job to whoever built the scenery!

I am having some problems with this one. I installed it but all I see are some towers and lights. I have no ramp or buildings. Any ideas?

Manas International Airport (IATA: FRU, ICAO: UAFM) is the main international airport in Kyrgyzstan located 25 km (16 mi) north-northwest of the capital Bishkek.
The airport is operational 24 hours and its ILS system is ICAO CAT 2. Fog can cause heavy delays especially for long haul flights.[1]
It is also the site of Manas Air Base, a US Air Force base supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan.
