I'm noo expert on the US's allies and policies with ME countries, but isn't this a change in allegience move????

I had the chance while on deployment in the USN to do some Combat SAR training with their AH-64A's over Egypt. Pretty surprised at the time they were not allowed to train/fly at night, which is what we do 90% of the time.
