i have painted the first 2 C17's for QATAR but i still need the correct font for the arabic text above QATAR EMIRI AIR FORCE before anyone can have them please please can someone help me...................oh and before you ask yes they really did paint the second airframe in QATAR colours.

MACC: its def Emiri, the QATAR paints looks great in the sim thats why i want you all to have it.

You're right. However the text on MAA on the tail should read MAA and not Nxxxxx (US reg.)

N9500H (cn F-208) The first C-17A destined for the Qatar Emiri Air Force had it's first flight on 27th july 2009 ? how fresh do you want it. its not even in service yet thats why it wears the US serial.

hi macc no need to say sorry my friend, i think that pic with the MAA on the tail was before flight trials,now its in the air hence the US code, i dont think the tail and nose will be the same code do you ? then again i could be off target and someone will put me right.

I think what you should do is create a template with no serial on the tail, then make write N9500H or whatever it is, then when it goes into Qatar service change it to whatever it becomes then, sound ok?

yes that sounds fine. so if any of you want these 2 paints with US serial on aircraft #1 than just mail me. i will paint the correct tail as soon as i know it.

UPDATE: i have reworked these C-17's which now has grown to 4 aircraft. improved roundals and all over better sharper look
