I am making flightplans for the 2 Chile Air Force Learjet 35's and I would like to know where they are based? Are they based at SCEL? Or SCTI?

SCTI was closed in 2006, they are based at SCEL now.

Thanks. I saw on airiners.net that SCTI was closed but scramble still has SCTI listed as the home base so I was a bit confused.
