Interesting B-1 video from Nellis

Check out this video of the BONE launching from Nellis recently. Firstly just the sound is amazing. But check out the afterburner from the number 2 engine. It appears to be pulsing as if there's a fuel flow problem or something.
Also in this video you can see that this B-1 has had a SNIPER pod fitted to the bottom of it. First I've seen that (read about it on here the other day).
But back to the weird thing going on with the burner off of No.2. Anyone know what's going on with that?
