I'm not sure what you're looking for here, MAIW does'nt have any MChord or Charleston packages. If you're talking about someone else's, search AVSIM or Flightsim

Check PAI (Project AI) for older C-17 packages. You will have to download their installer as well.

If you look for the sceneries, there are several for McChord on Avsim.
